To create a sense of unity, plan an activity in which your housekeepers have to cooperate to accomplish a goal. One possibility is creating a handmade Scrabble game. Write letters on slips of paper, forming three sets of the alphabet. It might be a good idea to make extras of the most common letters (L, N, R, S, T and E). Put the slips in bag. Have participants each grab a pile of letters. Give them the task of working together to form words about housekeeping. After a while, present each housekeeper with a Housekeeping Rocks FM Scan Radio and a bouquet of Housekeeper’s Celebration Balloons.
